1. Peel off the skins of 4-5 tomatoes and cut them up.
2. Put them to a boil, and then turn off the heat.
3. Wait for them to be cool enough for eating.
This helps the much smaller stomach to start the transition back to normal diet. Then get introduced back to other sorts of vegies and fruits slowly and gradually in the coming days (this whole process will take 7-10 days), until meat and starches can be served.
