從野草學個比方 - 關於罪的影響


I learned from the weeds this morning about the impact of sins.

The smaller (younger) they are, the nicer they look, the less urgent we want to take "them" away.

The bigger they are, the uglier they look, the more urgent for us to take "them" away, but it's very very hard now, because they're so rooted into the soil.

This is very much like sins. When they first appear (out of our desires for relationship, urges for success or whatever), they don't look that bad. As they grow bigger, then we would find ourselves caught up in horrible situations where uprooting them is hard and painful. But if we continue to let them stay, it's impacting the whole field (our life, family ...) negatively.

What should we do? Confess your sins and repent of them as soon as they become obvious and known. Do not let them take root or ...
