Anything good about strategy-less?

I came across a blog "10 Advantages of Doing Ministry without a Ministry Strategy" by Tony Morgan (thanks to a tweet by Michelle Collier).

I was really wondering whether ministry without a strategy is good or not by looking at the title with its positive portrait. Then as I read it, I'm glad the advantages are indeed opportunities for those not really wanting to grow the church.
